Shortlisted → ordered → awaiting warehouse → QC review → issue open or ready to ship → dispatched → received. A status is your own record, not an automatic feed from Kakobuy.

Keep an action beside the status

“QC review” is more useful with “ask for size-label photo” and a date. Close the action only after you have recorded the response and made a decision.

Track Kakobuy QC photos and shoe checks

Keep private links to your order evidence and a short description of each concern. For shoes, record the selected size, any available measurements and whether both shoes were checked. For clothing, attach the relevant sizing diagram to your own notes.

Source notes for item, QC and parcel events

The tracker above keeps item rows and parcel rows separate. These source notes connect its status labels to Kakobuy's published workflow and prevent a saved link, warehouse photo or shipping estimate from being recorded as a later completed event.

Use the official workflow as event boundaries

Kakobuy's official purchase page describes submitting a product link and details, paying for the order, seller dispatch to the warehouse, warehouse quality checking, selecting warehouse items and submitting a parcel for international shipping. Store each observation as a separate dated event. One item's warehouse arrival does not establish that another item arrived or that a parcel was dispatched.

Keep the source wording and your action apart

Record the visible status text, event time when supplied, checked time, source and private reference. Put your next action in another field. A label, tracking number or screenshot is not carrier acceptance unless the source shows that event. When an event time or item-to-parcel relationship is absent, leave it Unknown.

Limit what QC evidence establishes

Kakobuy's inspection rules describe appearance checks such as model, style and size. They also state that sealed goods may not be opened and that electronic-product inspection does not cover authenticity, function or quality. Link each photo and decision to the matching item and variant. A visible check does not confirm fit, hidden defects, function or a future refund.

References and review rule

These are first-party descriptions of Kakobuy's published process, not an automatic feed or independent verification of an order. Use the site's order event worksheet, preserve earlier entries and close a row only when dated evidence supports the recorded outcome.

Keep one event timeline across time zones

For orders followed from Poland, the US, the UK, Canada, Romania or Australia, preserve the timestamp exactly as the source displays it and record its time zone. Add your local time in another field only when the source zone is known. Countries with several time zones need the buyer's chosen zone, not one country-wide assumption. Separate a seller dispatch event, warehouse receipt, QC decision and international parcel event; one does not prove that the next occurred.
